We initially chose Wilson’s because we felt as a locally grown company they would have a comprehensive understanding of how best to sell our house while considering all aspects including location and current market values.  From the first phone call, made with much trepidation, our fears of delving into the unfamiliar territory of selling our house were relieved.

 

Lucas explained everything thoroughly to us without overwhelming us with too much jargon.  The marketing booklet was very informative and and not filled with unnecessary information enabling us to successfully navigate the process we were about to embark on.  Our needs were respected and any advice given was easily accommodated and certainly beneficial to our sale. The team was very respectful whenever in our house and certainly made us feel comfortable in what can be a very daunting experience.
