What you’ll get

From day one, you’ll be trained using the most comprehensive real estate sales system available in Australia — the Smartre system — with a structured onboarding process, ongoing weekly training, and personal one-on-one mentorship. This isn’t a “here’s your business cards, off you go” environment. We invest heavily in the people we bring on, because your success is our success.

You’ll be paid a genuine salary package of over $100,000 — not commission-only — with bonuses on top as your results grow. There is no ceiling on what you can earn, and you’ll never be left wondering where your next pay cheque is coming from while you’re establishing yourself in your new career.

Alongside that, you’ll be part of a fun, supportive, close-knit team that genuinely celebrates each other’s wins.
