About Cheryl

Cheryl commenced with Wilsons in 2016 in a reception role after seeking a change from her 13 years in Community Services Coordination role.

Her desire to learn the ins and outs of the Real Estate industry led her to further study and to move to the Sales Secretary & Office Manager role. After a 2-year stint with the local hospital in the Covid-19 response team she has come back to the company.

“Culture, competence and care” are the principles that drive her everyday work.

“The best part of my role is being able to assist people to move to their next chapter – be it selling and buying to move to a larger home to accommodate a growing family, a person buying their first home or a growing business securing a new site. Being here balance the ‘process focus’ with the ‘person focus’; to answer questions of buyers, sellers, colleagues & conveyancers and most importantly to make everything as seamless as possible is what I love about my work.

Coming back to Wilsons after my time at South West Healthcare was like coming home to family.”

Cheryl is a fully Licenced Estate Agent with a wide-ranging scope of knowledge across sales, property management, compliance and human resources, helpful in her favourite component of the job – being the “Office Mum”.

When she is not in the office Cheryl can be found in her beekeeping suit amongst her beehives or harvesting honey, in the garden with her grandchild, watching her kids play footy or reading a good book. Cheryl is a passionate local of over 20 years and loves supporting local businesses.
