Annette and Anders have sold up north and are looking for something on a block of at least a quarter-acre, up to an acre or two and will look in town or within about 20 minutes of Warrnambool. They don’t want expansive gardens, it needs to be able to be left for periods of time.

The property needs to have a suitable shed, or room to build one and have good vehicle access. The shed needs to be a minimum 9 metres deep, 9 metres wide (preferably 12m), and 3.2m height – so they can drive in and store their motor home and other vehicles.
