About Pam

With over 11 years of experience as a Customer Service Officer in the financial services industry, Pam brings a strong foundation in client care and communication. She is now returning to Wilsons, where she previously worked in reception and Property Management, bringing with her valuable industry knowledge and a familiar, friendly approach.

Pam also spent 10 years working in Human Resources at Deakin University, further strengthening her people-focused skillset and professional experience.

Passionate about delivering a smooth and supportive experience, she takes pride in building positive relationships and ensuring clients feel confident and well looked after throughout their journey.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, reading, and spending quality time with her three adult children, who are based in Geelong and Melbourne.
